Guardrail for Shopify is a Chrome extension that hides refunds, order edits and cancellations from the people who shouldn't be making them, and keeps return reasons consistent.
Hide risky order actions
Refund, Edit and Cancel order disappear from the order page, including its menus, so they can't be clicked by accident.
Block direct links
Opening a refund or edit page directly shows a clear “disabled by your store admin” message instead.
Consistent return reasons
Returns default to a single reason with a list of approved notes, so reporting stays clean.
Managed for you
Domaine sets each store's rules centrally. Staff just install the extension; there's nothing to configure.
